Hi Tammy, from walking around your garden...If all the Camelia's are budding, you are in for a colourful time...I have your persimmons ripening now...but to gather enough to be ripened at the same time..I think I will put the flesh in the freezer...I will let you know when I make something out of them though...We did try one though...and they seemed fine...not at all astringent like what was expected.
