oh wow!! We had a red rumped parrot as a pet, its mother threw it out of the nest so Mum raised it from a ball of fluff. He used to sit on my shoulder while I was reading, would eat breakfast with me and at night sat in the very corner of his cage peeping under the cover to watch the tv. Fond memories :)
