That first flower is a Naked Lady Lily (Lycoris squamigera). It flowers then the leaves come up. After the Victorian Bushfires in 2009, these came up out of the ashes. It was quite a sight ... burnt out houses and then these gorgeous things emerging like phoenixes. In my mind now, I will always associated them with renewal.
What a beautiful Belladonna / Naked Lady! They're very easy to propagate. Just let it alone for a couple of years, then divide the bulbs when it's gone dormant again (when flowering is finished). From one bulb, I've managed to get 15 plants .. and should probably divide again in a couple of months.
